Vaccination in the USA

PARENTS’ RIGHTS

It is parents’ fundamental right to decide what goes into their children’s body. This right is innate, meaning that it cannot be granted or withdrawn by the state; the government can only support or violate this right. In the USA, 47 states currently uphold parents’ right to decide whether to vaccinate their child or not by allowing religious and/or philosophical exemptions; three states – Mississippi and West Virginia and now also California – violate parents’ right to decide, by only allowing difficult-to-obtain medical exemptions.

LEGALITIES

The requirement for vaccine exemptions is a form of legal entrapment. Parents wishing to get their children vaccinated should have to opt into the vaccination programme rather than non-vaccinating parents having to opt out by having to file an exemption. In Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and some other countries, parents who don’t wish to vaccinate don’t have to do anything; they simply don’t get their children vaccinated.

This article clarifies the situation concerning the requirement for exemptions in the USA:

– Freedom of Choice an Innate Right, NOT a Privilege
https://www.vaccinationinformationnetwork.com/freedom-of-choice-an-innate-right-not-a-privilege/

Parents are also often harassed by the school administration or health officials who try to enforce their own rules rather than follow the law. It is therefore very important to question and to check out everything one is told as a parent, as this article shows:

– Non-Vaccinating Georgia Parents Coerced Into Signing Religious Exemption Form
https://www.vaccinationinformationnetwork.com/non-vaccinating-georgia-parents-coerced-into-signing-religious-exemption-form/

WHEN IS AN EXEMPTION NEEDED?

Parents wishing to exempt their children need to be aware that there are two occasions they need to obtain an exemption for:

1. – at birth to avoid the hepatitis B vaccination given to their new baby and
2. – when enrolling a child at school, or pre-school.

Private educational facilities can set their own policy and are not obliged to accept exemptions.

BIRTH EXEMPTIONS

The hepatitis B vaccination given to newborn babies in the US and some other countries is unnecessary and very dangerous. Parents who want to avoid the hepatitis B vaccination for their baby after it has been born need to state in their birth plan they submit to the hospital or respectively their prime care giver well in advance of the due date that they don’t consent to the hepatitis B vaccine for their baby.

Parents may also wish to state in their birth plan that they wish to decline the vitamin K injection and the eye ointment, and – this is also very important – that the clamping and the cutting of the cord is to be delayed until the cord has stopped pulsated and goes flat, white and limp or even better not until the placenta has been delivered, or that the cord clamping and cutting should be omitted altogether.

This is a highly recommended book concerning the harm inflicted on mothers and their babies by various childbirth practices in maternity hospitals.

HOME BIRTHS
In the absence of a birth plan stipulating that the parents don’t want their new baby to be vaccinated, the hospital staff can vaccinate the baby without the parents’ consent. It is therefore very important that parents planning a home birth also book in at a nearby hospital and to submit a birth plan in advance of the due date in case the mother-to-be has to be transferred to the hospital during labour.

As already mentioned, you can find more information about birth (and school) exemption requirements in your state HERE

SUPPORT PERSON
It is also important to organise an assertive support person (husband, partner, friend or relative) to be present during the entire hospital stay. This is to make sure that the birth plan is being adhered to and that the baby isn’t “accidentally on purpose” given the hepatitis B jab while the mother isn’t looking, or while she is taking a nap. If the baby is taken anywhere, the support person goes wherever the baby is taken to keep an eye on things. Make sure to mention this in the birth plan as well. If the hospital staff isn’t supportive of your birth plan, look for a hospital with more accommodating staff to make sure you get the kind of birth you want.

AFTER TAKING THE BABY HOME
Until one enrols one’s child at school or pre-school, there is no further need to exempt one’s child from vaccinations if one has decided to keep one’s baby vaccine-free. Parents should NOT sign any exemption forms or waivers the doctor may ask them to sign when taking the baby for a check up. To find out more, click HERE

WELL BABY CHECK-UPS AND WELL CHILD VISITS

There is no legal requirement to go to these appointments which are mainly used as opportunities to vaccinate babies and infants, this despite the fact that even if vaccines prevented ill-health (they don’t, but actually promote ill-health), vaccinating a baby or infant below the age of one is a complete waste of time as they are unable to process vaccines in a meaningful manner at such a young age.

– Immunologist Says Infants Vaccinated Only To Train Parents
https://www.vaccinationinformationnetwork.com/immunologist-says-infants-vaccinated-only-to-train-parents/

Our position is that the ingredients in vaccines are so noxious that they should not ever be injected into a living organism at any age and that to keep one’s child or children vaccine-free is the only safe and sane option.

SCHOOL EXEMPTIONS
When the time has come to enroll one’s child at school (or pre-school), ask the school office for an exemption form, fill it in and return it to be put on file. Be friendly but firm because unless one happens to live in Mississippi, West Virginia or California, one has the law on one’s side.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS

VACCINATION DECISIONS ARE A PRIVATE MATTER
It is better NOT to explain or justify one’s decision not to vaccinate to anyone, including one’s doctor. One’s vaccination decision is a private matter and hence nobody else’s business, and discussing one’s decision with doctors tends to end up in futile arguments. It is usually best to just say that one has made an informed choice and that one doesn’t wish to discuss the matter. Be friendly but firm.

RUDE DOCTORS
Some doctors get angry with non-vaccinating parents or treat them in an arrogant or condescending manner. Try to stay calm but firmly tell them that you expect to be treated in a professional manner. If the doctor keeps up the bullying, lodge a formal written complaint with the management of the medical facility the doctor works for.

Some doctors refuse to have non-vaccinating families on their books and may refuse them further medical care, in which case one needs to look for a more open-minded doctor, or – even better – a homeopath, naturopath, osteopath or chiropractor.

EXEMPTIONS UNDER THREAT

The medical-pharmaceutical establishment wants to abolish exemptions and make vaccinations compulsory. We recommend that parents join the ‘NVIC Advocacy Portal’ set up to defend parental freedom of choice concerning vaccinations. The NVIC Advocacy Portal deserves everyone’s support as it keeps parents up-to-date concerning new developments and threats to the exemptions in their state. This enables parents to contact their state government representative to demand his or her support. To access the NVIC Advocacy Portal, click HERE

We also urge parents to join their state’s parents support group (or groups) – which are listed below, under ORGANISATIONS – or to start a group if there isn’t one.

The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program Hardcover – November 11, 2014
by Wayne Rohde

A hard look at the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and the families desperately trying to navigate their way through it.

The Vaccine Court looks at the mysterious and often unknown world of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), the only recourse for seeking compensation for those who have been injured by a vaccine. The NVICP, better known as the ”Vaccine Court,” however, is not without controversy.

Established by Congress as a direct result of the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the NVICP was supposed to offer a no-fault alternative to the traditional injury claims filed in state or federal courts and was to provide quick, efficient, and fair compensation for those who have been injured by vaccines. The reality, however, is that many cases take several years or longer to complete and require tremendous commitment from families already pushed to the brink of bankruptcy caring for the vaccine-injured family member, only to discover that the end result is manipulated by the government in defense of the US vaccine policy.

Mr. Rohde looks into the inner workings of the US Federal Claims Court and the NVICP. He interviews families who have filed petitions and won compensation, families who have been denied compensation, and families still waiting for a decision. By highlighting the journeys of these families—their efforts to find attorneys willing to represent them, the filing of their petitions, and the subsequent mountain of paperwork, medical records, and other documents that span years—Mr. Rohde exposes the bitter truth behind the NVICP. Through his thoughtful interviews and fact-finding research, The Vaccine Court sheds light on how the NVICP has evolved into something far more treacherous than what Congress envisioned with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986.
